We are traveling with children; can we get extra beds/cots in the hotel room?
It is strobgly recommended to book a room according to the exact number of guests that will occupy it. Should you not find a room that can accommodate all guests, Please ensure to check the hotel’s policy for children and extra beds/cots. When the hotel accepts extra beds/cots and/or children in their policies, please add the request for the extra bed/cot and the age of the children in the guest comments box. The hotel will do their best to accommodate your request. The extra cost will not be included in the total reservation price. In order to guarantee the request and the price please contact the hotel directly on the contact details provided on your confirmation.
How do I know if the hotel has parking facilities and how can I reserve it?
In the selected hotel page, Please click on the “Facilities” tab. Here you will see if the hotels offers parking facilities and the costs charged.
Where can I find the hotel’s telephone number and/or email address?
The hotel’s telephone/fax number and email address are provided immediately online after you have completed a booking. You will also find thehotel’s contacts on your confirmation email. The address of the hotel is always visible at the top of each hotel page under the property name. Please note: Once you have a reservation, you can view, print, cancel or request a change by clicking on “Manage booking” at the top right corner of our website and entering your booking number and pin number.
How do I cancel or change my hotel reservation?
If you wish to cancel a reservation, Please log on to “Manage booking”. You can do as follows: 1) Please click on the cancellation/change link provided on your confirmation email, this will take you to your “Manage booking” page; or 2) Click on “Manage booking” from the home page and enter your booking number and pin number provided at the moment you completed your reservation. From your “Manage booking” page, select “My Booking Self Service”, click on change to modify a room or click cancel if you wish to cancel the room reservation. Plese note hotel cancellation fees may apply.
What is my PIN code and what do I need it for?
At the moment of completing a reservation, you wiil receive your PIN code, a 4 digit randomly generated number. With the unique combination of your booking number and PIN code you will be able to access and view, change or cancel your reservation on the “Manage booking” page. Therefore we advise to keep your PIN code confidential.
What does the price include?
Immediately below the room type there is a list of what is and is not included in the room price. Should you need extra facilities or services that are not included in this list will have to be arranged directly with the hotel after making your reservation (i.e. shuttle service, parking, use of a meeting room, baby sitting, etc.).
How do I know my reservation is confirmed?
After completing all the 4 steps of the booking process you need to click on "Book this room". You will then see a confirmation page with your booking number and PIN code. At this point your booking is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation on the email address provided during the reservation process. You can also view your confirmation via the “Manage booking” page. For future reference, please write or print your book number and pin code. We advise to bring with you these details when checking in to the hotel at your arrival to the property.
How do I pay for my hotel stay?
To confirm your reservation Please enter your info and a valid credit card. Your credit card information is only required to guarantee your booking. You will pay for your stay at the hotel at the moment of check-out.

The address of the hotel is stated at the top of the hotel’s page, the full contacts including telephone and fax numbers, email address and website are on your booking confirmation.
